Artificial intelligence
AI that works
in the business.
We design the architecture, governance and AI solutions that take organisations from experimenting to real use.
We combine traditional AI, generative AI and agentic solutions to solve real problems, integrated with each organisation's data, systems and processes.

AI with judgement
AI does not start with the model.
It starts with understanding which problem is worth solving, what data it needs, how it must be integrated, what the risks are and how it will be governed.
At SOL we help organisations build AI that is useful, safe and ready to run in production.
It is not about adding more AI. It is about using it where it really adds value.
What we do
From strategy to real use.
- 01 · AI architecture
A solid base to scale on.
We define the architecture needed to bring AI into the organisation's technology landscape, taking into account data, applications, models, integration, security and operations.
- AI and GenAI solution architecture
- Architectures for agents
- Model selection and evaluation
- Integration with corporate systems and applications
- Data architecture for AI solutions
- RAG and access to corporate knowledge
- Integration and orchestration patterns
- Production-ready environments
The architecture must let the solution evolve without getting locked into one technology.
- 02 · AI governance
Using AI with control.
We design the governance framework that lets AI solutions grow safely, traceably and sustainably.
- AI use policies and principles
- Governance of models and solutions, GenAI and agents included
- Security and access control
- Traceability, monitoring and evaluation
- Risk management and cost control
- Roles, responsibilities and approval processes
- An inventory of AI systems and a log of their use, the basis for the measures the AI Act asks companies to take
AI needs speed to innovate and control to scale.
- 03 · Applied AI
Intelligence where it improves the process.
We apply traditional AI, generative AI and intelligent automation to solve specific tasks and processes with measurable impact.
- Information classification and extraction
- Intelligent document processing
- Understanding, analysing and summarising text
- Prediction and scoring
- Intelligent assistance
- Automation of cognitive tasks
- AI-assisted decisions
- AI built into workflows and applications
First we redesign the problem. Then we choose where AI adds value.
- 04 · Agentic AI
From automating tasks to orchestrating work.
We design agentic solutions that interpret context, use tools, make decisions within set limits and carry out the different steps of a process.
- Agents for end-to-end processes
- Orchestration of tasks and systems
- Agents connected to corporate applications
- Agents with access to company knowledge
- Multi-agent flows
- Human oversight
- Rules and controls for decisions
- Agents integrated with workflows and automations
An agent does not replace the process. It turns it into a smarter way of working.
Traditional or agentic
Not every problem needs an agent.
At SOL we do not start from the technology. We start from the problem.
Traditional AI
The right fit when:
- The problem is well defined.
- The rules are fairly stable.
- High predictability matters.
- A specific task can be automated with a dedicated model.
Agentic AI
The right fit when:
- The process is dynamic.
- Several sources or tools are involved.
- Context has to be interpreted.
- Several steps have to be decided and carried out.
Combined
Often the best solution combines specialised models, rules, workflows and agents.
The right technology depends on the problem, not the other way round.
AI, data and processes
AI does not work alone.
A business AI solution needs reliable data, integration with existing systems and a well-designed process.
Data
A reliable base to feed the intelligence.
See dataAI
Models and agents that interpret, decide and act.
Processes
Automation and orchestration to bring that intelligence to real work.
See automationBusiness impact
At SOL we connect the three layers when the problem needs it.
From pilot to value
Turning experiments into a real capability.
Many organisations have already experimented with AI. The challenge is turning those experiments into solutions that work, are adopted and can be maintained.

Case study
We did not automate the process. We transformed it.
A process based on printed documents can look, at first sight, like a digitisation problem.
But the real challenge is how information comes in, how it is interpreted, which decisions are made, which systems are involved and which tasks people do.
We approached it by reengineering the process, combining automation, traditional AI and agentic AI to design a new way of working.
The goal was not to remove a manual task. It was to redesign how the process works.

AI has to change something
3 people → 1
and from up to 6 hours to 1 hour a day handling invoices, without printing 80 to 200 pages a day.
2–3 h → 15 min
and from 2 people to one in a consolidation process.

We do not sell a technology. We design a solution.
Why SOL
Enterprise experience. Boutique attention.
Senior from day one
The people who understand the problem take part in the solution.
Architecture before tools
We define the solution before choosing the technology.
Vendor-independent
Our recommendation is never tied to one vendor.
From design to delivery
We do not stop at the strategy or the pilot.
Knowledge transfer
The knowledge and the solution stay in your organisation.
We do not want to build AI that depends on us. We want to build a capability that works in your organisation.
