Hands-on workshop for business teams
Applied AI:
from one-off questions to a process
Your team already has Copilot, ChatGPT or another AI tool at hand. The question is whether they use it well, with which data, and whether what each person does on their own can become the way the team works.

On site or in a virtual classroom
Four hands-on sessions so your team uses AI with judgement in its daily work, with the tools the company already has and with its own cases. Each team leaves with its prompt kit, processes ready to automate and documented training.
Who it is for
Teams that run processes
Teams from any area that run processes: purchasing, sales, finance, logistics, customer service, HR. No technical background needed.
It is especially useful if any of this sounds familiar:
- You have rolled out Copilot licences and they are barely used, or only to draft emails.
- Everyone uses AI their own way, with no rules on which data can go in.
- Leadership wants to "do something with AI" and nobody knows where to start.
- You have been asked what AI training your staff has and nothing is documented.
What the team gets
Results for each person, each team and the company
Each person
A way of working with AI on their real tasks, and the judgement to know when to trust the result.
Each team
A prompt kit for their processes and a list of processes worth automating.
The company
An AI use policy, an inventory of its AI systems and documented training, with templates to keep it all up to date.
Programme
Four sessions, from the basics to agents
- Session 1
Foundations and the technology map
How models work and where they fail, which tool is for what and which data can go into each one.
- Session 2
AI in each team's work
Techniques for reliable results, applied to real cases from each area. Each team picks its process.
- Session 3
From one-off questions to a workflow
Reusable prompts by role, chained tasks and how to catch errors before they reach anyone.
- Session 4
Agents, final cases and governance
What an agent does, how to describe a process so it can be automated, each team’s final cases and governance.
Each session in detail, in the PDF programme.
EU AI Act
Practical training to support your organisation’s AI literacy obligations
The workshop is a practical, documented AI literacy measure: programme, attendance, assessment, certificates and templates for the other obligations.
Funding
Eligible for FUNDAE training credit
It meets the requirements for company-run training, so you recover part of the cost through your training credit. We prepare the paperwork.
